Description: We are seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment.

You will provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU.

Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide.

Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.

Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.

This role requires residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be required.

Coverage for weekends is required as part of a team approach to support 24/7 NICU care.
