Physician - Primary Care
Shift: 40 hours/week; shift hours may vary

Serve a vital community providing primary care to a diverse, underserved population

Access Client's Quality Academy training designed for emerging leaders
Supervise mid-level providers and ensure high-quality clinical practice
Flexible scheduling for both scheduled and same-day (walk-in) patient visits
Call: 1 night per week (7 PM–7 AM) and 1 Saturday per month
Patient load: Approximately 20–30 patients per shift
EMR: Epic
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (minimum 1 year of experience; no new grads)
Licensure: Active New York medical license required
