Must-Have:
- Must be a graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology.
- Must be registered in at least radiography.
- Training and/or experience specific to radiology practices regarding neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with patients, co-workers, practitioners, and visitors.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications.
Description:
The Radiologic Technologist operates under the direction of radiologists and the supervision of the Director of Radiology.
The technologist operates a Computerized Tomographic scanner to image the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities.
Training and/or experience specific to radiology practices is required.
The candidate must be willing to cross-train in additional imaging modalities.
