Physician - Internal Medicine

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Licensing Requirements:

An active state medical license is required IMLC licenses are not accepted, as the provider will be working with the VA

Clinical Responsibilities:

This is a non-treatment role. The provider will focus solely on conducting evaluations and completing required documentation. Perform H&P examinations Complete DBQ claims for each condition (e.g., neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, etc.) Some patient cases may require completion of multiple DBQ forms (potentially 10 or more per patient, depending on the number of conditions)
