Truly board eligible candidates should note the time frame for eligibility and plans for Board Certification. Active NY License or willingness to obtain. Recent NPDB Self Query Report is required prior to presentation. Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups. Willingness to work full-time with a 4- or 5-day schedule.

Description: Seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice. Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team. Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact. Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage. Perform telemedicine coverage for designated weekends every few months. Collaborate with advanced practice providers, with potential for increased income. Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students. Utilize the EMR system for patient documentation and records. See an average of 18 to 24 patients per day. Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles. Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure. Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified. Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted. No 1099, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting arrangements are available. No Locums candidates will be accepted. No Visa candidates are being sought.
