Description:
This position involves working with all pelvic floor patients, both male and female.
There is an opportunity to transition to a permanent role after the travel contract concludes.
Candidates are considered for contracts ranging from 13 to 26 weeks.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience.
Individuals with adaptive device skills and knowledge in pelvic floor training are preferred.
Local candidates are welcome to apply without radius restrictions.
RTO (Requested Time Off) should ideally not exceed five days.
The facility allows for up to 36 hours of call-off without penalty within the 13-week assignment.
Clinicians are not required to float within the hospital if it doesn't align with their skill set.
There is no requirement for weekend shifts.
Candidates will not need to adjust to different shifts or units outside their scope of practice.
This position may include a daily patient caseload.
The facility operates as a critical access, Magnet-designated hospital.
The staff attire is business casual or solid scrubs.
Specific patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Preferred candidates will have experience with charting in Cerner.
All candidates must complete compliance needs in a timely manner.
