Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed Dentists (DDS/DMD) to perform VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations across South Dakota.
This is a non-treatment, evaluation-only position-no procedures, no production pressure - just focused, meaningful assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct VA dental examinations for Veterans (no treatment or procedures required)
Review medical history and complete structured exam templates (DBQs)
Perform oral/dental evaluations, including required documentation
Submit accurate and timely reports in accordance with VA standards
Maintain compliance with federal guidelines and quality metrics
Travel Details:
Travel required throughout SD (regional routing provided)
All travel, lodging, and rental accommodations covered
Flexible scheduling options (block scheduling available)
Schedule will be provided 2–3 weeks in advance.
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted DDS or DMD license (any U.S. state)
Ability to travel within South Dakota.
Strong documentation and time management skills
Comfortable with non-treatment, evaluation-based exams
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with VA exams, IMEs, or disability evaluations
Experience in mobile or multi-site practice settings
Familiarity with federal or contractor-based healthcare services
