Description:
Home Health Physical Therapist needed for immediate start.
Shifts are 8-hour days, no weekend coverage required.
Traveler may visit up to 6 patients per day.
A productivity standard of 30 points is expected.
Experience in home health is preferred.
Candidates with 1 year of skilled home health experience will be considered.
The facility requires the primary series COVID vaccination and one booster.
Oasis experience is a requirement for this position.
Travelers are not expected to float between different units.
Business casual attire is allowed; scrubs are optional.
Charting will be done using EPIC Remote Client and Rover.
There may be occasional travel up to 60 miles in a day.
Mileage reimbursement is provided at the standard IRS rate.
All travelers will be required to complete module training prior to start.
References are required covering 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
Travelers are expected to adhere to policies regarding floating between facilities.
