Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable job position
License: Current and active CA license required (LCSW or LPCC)

- Comprehensive knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and information
- Experience providing mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions
Description:
The Mental Health Coordinator is responsible for planning and providing clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature.
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on a review of available records and clinical interviews.
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques through treatments and activities for individuals on the caseload.
Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals.
Candidates must have open availability for scheduling as needed.
Citizenship is required for clearance and candidates will be subject to a thorough background and credit investigation for clearance.
Clearance is expected to take 4-6 weeks to obtain.
