Maintains a commitment to ongoing professional development. Demonstrates the ability to educate others and engage in public speaking. Can develop training materials and competency assessments. Designs treatment protocols based on evidence-based practice. Analyzes clinical practice and workflow to identify best practices. Solves complex problems within and outside the department. Evaluates data and information from multiple sources. Ability to perform physical activities and meet job-specific requirements.
