Description:
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for Monday to Friday coverage.
The practice encompasses ambulatory primary care, serving patients with acute and chronic conditions, conducting annual wellness visits, and performing post-hospitalization follow-ups.
The physician will manage in-basket tasks such as refills, advice requests, testing follow-ups, results, and referrals.
The position requires seeing 16 or more patients per day, with 6-8 hours of patient-facing time and approximately 2 additional hours for administrative tasks daily.
There is no weekend or call coverage associated with this position.
The practice comprises a strong team that collaborates effectively, providing excellent support to physicians.
The position is primarily focused on adult patient demographics.
A minimum contract length of 3 months is anticipated, with the potential to extend.
We are looking for a provider ready to start as soon as possible, with plans to expedite the process if the candidate holds the required state license.
