Description:
This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
The primary working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weekend work will be as needed.
Responsibilities will include providing physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Candidates should have strong communication and patient care skills.
Collaboration with healthcare teams to establish and implement treatment plans is essential.
The ability to develop individualized patient programs to promote recovery is required.
Candidates must adhere to regulations and best practices in physical therapy.
