Description: The Cath Lab Technologist will perform a range of tasks related to cardiovascular procedures. This role includes assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac cath lab. Technologists will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The position requires availability for on-call duties as part of the rotation. Candidates must possess strong technical skills and the ability to respond to emergency situations. Continual professional development and education in the field are encouraged. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to handle multiple priorities. Effective communication skills are important for patient interaction and team collaboration. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as necessary.
