Description:
This position involves performing routine CT exams for emergency department and inpatient services.
Procedures include trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA.
The facility has an average of 180 CT exams per day across three scanners.
The imaging team consists of two techs per scanner during the day and a total of three techs overnight.
The equipment used includes GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners.
Documentation will be done using a designated system.
