Description:
Local candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are preferred.
General certification requirements include BLS.
Candidates must have ARRT certification.
The department consists of 1 CT Scanner and 1 Linac.
Clienttion Therapy treatments and simulations will be performed.
Average number of treatments per day ranges from 10 to 30.
The department uses EMR and PACS systems, including Aria and Cerner.
Department-specific equipment includes Varian Truebeam and Siemens CT Scanner.
There is no requirement to float or cover any other areas.
A Clienttion Oncologist is on site 2-3 days a week.
There is no requirement to start IVs in this department.
Shifts and scheduling are variable, primarily focusing on weekday daytime shifts.
Scrubs are provided for this position.
Orientation includes 2 days of organization orientation followed by on-site training in the department.
The cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
Charting system used in the department is Cerner.
A BSN is not required for this position.
This role is set in an acute care environment.
