Description:
This position has no maximum bill rate.

This will provide valuable data to the state and will help be successful in filling the roles.
Up to two days a week.
Hours may vary depending on need and demand.
Evaluates clients by administering tests and measurements.
This includes range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments.
Determines individual rehabilitation program needs.
Provides or oversees ongoing assessment of client rehabilitation.
Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and assessment records and reports.
Tests, assessments, and measurements are reported to interdisciplinary teams as requested.
Participates in writing and presenting individual client treatment plans.
This includes formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment.
Plans periodic reassessment of client progress and revises plans as necessary.
Participates in ongoing continuing education and in-service training.
Engages in research projects and program development.
Provides training for pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students.
Also trains physical therapy assistant students and licensed physical therapy assistants.
Mentors therapy aides as needed.
