Description:
The nurse will provide care in a medical/surgical and telemetry unit.
The patient ratio is 7:1 for medical/surgical and 5:1 for telemetry.
Pediatric patients may be included in the care roster.
Candidates must have experience managing patients with complex medical needs.
The position requires adherence to all safety and isolation precautions.
Daily operations include administering medications, managing IVs, and performing patient assessments.
Candidates should be proficient in various nursing skills, including blood product administration and airway management.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.
On-call responsibilities are not required for this position.
