License: Active physical therapy license in New Hampshire required

Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required

Description: Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute swing. Candidate will work a 40 hours per week schedule. The typical schedule includes 10-hour days on Tuesday and Thursday. A 6-hour shift on Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM is required. On Saturday, a 10-hour day is expected. Sunday shifts will be from 8 AM to 12 PM. The candidate will have Mondays and Wednesdays off, along with Sundays after 12 PM. All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at the time of submission. Candidates must have permanent addresses included in their submission files.
