Description: The site has a need for coverage for specific dates in May. The physician will perform procedures in the Endoscopy Suite on designated days. The physician will see patients in the office on specific days. The physician will take night call every night and round on any patient consults in the hospital. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements. Medical Staff Services will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews. Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees. Patient encounters per shift range from 20 to 25. The facility's trauma level is classified as zero. Specialty skills required include various endoscopic procedures. Additional skills include upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy. All certifications listed are required except where noted otherwise.
