Description:
Clinic hours are from 0800 to 1700 with a lunch break from 1200 to 1300, Monday to Friday.
We need a provider comfortable continuing medication management for minimally stable opioid patients.
Experience with migraine treatment using Botox is a plus.
We are seeking full-time coverage and are willing to consider multiple providers for long-term consistent coverage.
This practice focuses on common neurological issues, including migraines, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke follow-ups, seizures, and neuropathy.
Patient encounters per shift range from 12 to 16.
The facility requires physicians to be board-certified.
Credentialing timeframe is estimated at 60 days.
