We operate the busiest robotic surgery program in the region and provide advanced cardiac care services. We are seeking candidates for our ICU unit, which consists of an acute care environment with a high level of patient care. The unit has a bed capacity and a well-established team of healthcare professionals. Staffing includes a mix of charges and registered nurses on both day and night shifts. Patient ratios vary depending on the shift, ensuring focused care for each individual. Qualified candidates will be familiar with key procedures such as IV starts, arterial lines, and EKG monitoring. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is essential. We utilize a team-based care model, fostering collaboration among all care providers. Weekend and holiday rotations are part of the scheduling requirements.
