Description: This position offers a shift of 7 days on and 7 days off. It involves night shifts from 20:00 to 06:30. Later in the year, the role will transition to day shift to cover FMLA. Weekends are required, with every other weekend scheduled. Block scheduling is required. The position will not float between units and does not require on-call duties. A hard stop is in place; hospital experience is mandatory, with pediatric exposure necessary. If the experience is solely in retail pharmacy, candidates should be redirected. Candidates should possess skills in various areas including antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, pediatric dosing, and therapeutic medication monitoring. The facility comprises 181 beds and requires providers to be flexible and committed to delivering exceptional care.
