Description: Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a sterile environment and assist with surgical procedures. Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families about surgical processes and post-operative care. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
