Clean malpractice record
Clean NPDB report

Description: Bids must have a clean malpractice record and a clean NPDB report. An active state license is required. Credentialing can be expedited with the right candidate. Looking for providers who can cover five days a month, Monday through Friday. Call type would be in-house with a STEMI response time of one hour for in-house calls. Emergency or STEMI response time should be less than 30 minutes. The call ratio is 100% in-house, managed by staff or hospitalists. No patient call-backs are required. On average, there are 20-25 patient encounters per 24-hour call period with 15-20 patients seen. No admissions are expected unless for STEMI, all admissions will be handled by hospitalist service. Board certification is required. Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days. Fellowship training is required. No trauma level designation at this facility. Pediatric level designation is also not applicable.
