Description: Seeking coverage for the following dates:

August 7, 6 am
August 13, 6 pm
August 14, 6 am
August 14, 6 pm
August 15, 5 am
August 16, 6 am
September 27, 6 am
October 24, 6 am
October 25, 6 am
November 6, 6 am
November 21, 6 am
November 22, 6 am
December 6, 6 am
December 19, 6 am

Provider staffing model: 1 Physician from 6 am - 6 pm and 6 pm - 6 am, plus 1 APP from 11 am - 9 pm daily. Nursing staffing model includes 2 RNs around the clock and a triage RN mid-day. Other staff include respiratory, float RN, nursing supervisor, and nurse manager. Level 4 trauma facility. Patient encounters per shift: Varies. Newborn deliveries are received in the ED. There is no L&D department. Specialty skills desired in family medicine and gynecology, including well woman care, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, D&C, prenatal care, and deliveries. Pediatric care skills are also preferred, including newborn resuscitation and care. General outpatient and inpatient care skills are preferred.
