Profession: RN (Registered Nurse)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Critical Care/Cardiac experience

License: North Dakota nursing license

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Must-Have:

Experience in administering conscious sedation and recovering patients post-procedure
Strong assessment skills
Comfortable with rhythm interpretation

Description: The position requires critical care and cardiac experience. Candidates must have the ability to administer conscious sedation and recover patients post-procedure. Strong assessment skills and comfort with rhythm interpretation are essential. The role involves participation in an average of 8 transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and/or cardioversions per day. The unit scans approximately 40 patients daily and may involve weekend call rotation, with one weekend a month required. There will be some collaboration with charge nurses and providers. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1. The dress code consists of navy blue scrubs. Candidates must be willing to float to accommodate unit needs.
