Description: Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing solutions. Demonstrates critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Exhibits decisive judgment and the ability to work independently. Possesses knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements. Able to work in a demanding environment while organizing multiple priorities. Completes work duties within expected timelines and requirements. Demonstrates computer proficiency and required technology competencies. Communicates effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork capabilities. Maintains customer service and community relations skills. Able to retain and apply new knowledge and skills. Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancements. Has the ability to teach and educate others through public speaking. Develops training materials and competency assessments as needed. Creates treatment protocols based on best practices. Extracts evidence-based practice information for clinical application. Analyzes data from multiple sources to identify clinical practice best practices. Functions as a complex problem solver within and outside the department.
