Physical Therapist

Profession: Physical Therapist

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience: 2 years current Physical Therapy experience is required.

License: Active license in New Hampshire is required.

Certifications: American Heart Association BLS certification is required.

Must-Have:

Outpatient experience is required.
Inpatient experience is highly preferred.
Physical Therapy skills checklist is required.
One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment is required.
All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at the time of submission.
Permanent address must be included in the submission file.
Requested time off must be listed in the submission.

Description: Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based outpatient and occasional inpatient acute swing. This position involves providing therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Therapy. Candidates must meet all submission requirements to be considered for this role.
