Description: Position / Specialty: MedSurg/Cardiac Floor Shift Type: 2x12 Night Shifts First-time travelers accepted Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility Charting System Experience: Cerner

Accessing/Managing Ports
BiPAP/CPAP management
Blood Product Administration
Cardiac Telemetry
Cerebrovascular Accident management
Feeding tube care and management
Heparin Protocols
High Flow Nasal Cannula management
Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Isolation Precautions/PPE
IV insulin protocols
Management of Cardiac drips (no titration)
Management of Vasoactive drips (no titration)
Management of dysrhythmias
Non-invasive airway management
Oxygen administration
Pacemaker management (Temporary/Permanent)
Peripheral Line Care/Management
PICC line management
Renal failure care
Seizure disorders management
Starting and maintaining IVs
Substance Withdrawal management
Surgical drains management
Telemetry monitoring
Titration of Insulin drips
Tracheostomy care/management
Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
Wound Care/Wound Vac management

Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics Daily Census: Varies Number of Rooms: 20 Number of Beds: 20

Interdisciplinary Support: Includes services like Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services. Patient Diagnoses: Varies Special Equipment: Varies

Travelers must be willing to float based on facility census and staffing needs. Unprofessional behavior, attendance issues, or shift call-offs may result in immediate contract termination.
