Completed Prescreen Questionnaire
CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission
Case logs showing a minimum of 50 deliveries within the last 24 months

Description: OB hospitalists are needed for a collaborative approach to care. The program works closely with the hospital's staff and affiliated physicians. Experienced, board-eligible or board-certified OB hospitalists provide OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients. This cost-effective approach improves clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The role involves 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling to create a work-life balance. Collaboration with community physicians fosters a highly supportive and cohesive group. Best practices ensure continuity, quality, and safety in care. There is real-time communication with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries. The position includes management of obstetric and gynecologic emergencies. OB hospitalists will handle emergency-department patients, contributing to improved outcomes and patient experiences.
