Radiology - Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech

Certifications: ARDMS, BLS Certification

Must-Have: Experience with OB, Abdominal, General, Prostate biopsies, breast, renal, and more.

Description: Under the direct supervision of the Medical Director and Director of Radiology, the Ultrasonographer is responsible for providing high-quality imaging studies. These studies are essential for interpretation by the radiologist to aid in patient diagnosis. The Ultrasonographer will provide all necessary services within the organization and Department of Radiology to ensure proper patient care while obtaining requested examinations. The role will involve working with Phillips and GE equipment. The candidate cannot volunteer to leave a shift or refuse a shift without consequences. This includes no guaranteed time off during the orientation week, when the unit is closed, on holidays, or in weeks with requested time off. The charting system utilized is EPIC.
