Must-Have:

1 year experience in Telemetry, Step Down, or Emergency Department in a high acuity setting. Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications. Ability to provide competent and compassionate patient care. Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Description: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care. Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers. Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties in alignment with established guidelines of nursing practice. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities to enhance the patient experience. Demands physical abilities including standing, walking, lifting, and pushing patients. Works in a clean, air-conditioned environment. Engages in continuous learning and skill development to ensure high-quality patient care.
