Description: The facility has 4 labor and delivery rooms. Patient ratios are 1:1 for inductions and 2:1 otherwise. No unit secretary or tech is available. Documentation is done using Meditech and CPN. Scheduling requires working every other weekend. There is no floating policy. Candidates must have experience with patient experience protocols such as AIDET and bedside shift reporting. Dress code includes facility-provided scrubs. Nails should be clean and healthy. Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Attendance policies will be followed.
