Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.

Must-Have: First-timers accepted with significant cath lab experience.

Description: The Cath Lab RN position is available for a full-time role. Shifts will be 4x10 days from 07:00 to 17:30. Ratios for day shifts are 1:2, and 1:1 for nights and weekends. This position requires work every third weekend. On-call duties will include one night each week and every third weekend. Candidates should possess experience in a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, including Pre and Post Procedure knowledge. Skills in various cardiac cath lab procedures are necessary, such as ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, and Diagnostic Catheterizations. Experience with Electrophysiology procedures and vascular studies is also required. Candidates should be familiar with medications including antiarrhythmics and emergency medications. Additionally, experience in IV therapy is essential, including starting and managing IVs. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and infection prevention. Previous charge experience is preferred, and Cerner charting experience is required. The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics, with an average daily census of 12. Floating may be required within the facility as needed.
