Description: Data Collection: Number of Beds - 10 Number of Staff - 12 Type of Staff:

Day Shift: 1 charge nurse 7a-7p, 1 RN 7a-7p
Night Shift: 1 charge nurse 7p-7a, 1 RN 7p-7a Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 Type of Equipment: Philips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, GE EKG machine, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, Verathon bladder scanner EMR: Meditech Expanse Typical Hiring Profile: Most Recruited For: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred or Nice to Have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first. Previous experience in a charge role is preferred. List of Typical Procedures Performed: STEMI protocol, Stroke protocol, Conscious Sedation, Chest Tubes, Codes, Intubation. Best Personality Fit: Friendly, Honest, Flexible, Multi-tasker, Compassionate, Works well with others, Sense of urgency when needed, Possesses superb critical thinking skills. Floating Area(s): N/A Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: N/A Weekends and On Call: Every other weekend / No call
