Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting

Description: Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to make timely and effective decisions. Educate patients and families on treatment options, care plans, and discharge instructions. Maintain electronic health records and ensure accurate documentation. Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to promote patient safety. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse healthcare setting. Participate in continuous education and training to enhance professional competencies.
