Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate residents and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care. Support resident activities and promote a positive living environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
