Description: Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Assess patients' conditions and prioritize care based on urgency. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and outcomes. Assist with triaging patients based on severity of condition. Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
