Experience in long-term care.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts.

Description: Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing team. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Participate in training and educational programs as required. Exhibit compassion and respect towards residents and their families.
