Description: Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes. Assist with activities of daily living to enhance residents' quality of life. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans. Ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and development activities. Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families.
