Experience: Minimum of 3 months of clinical practice in pelvic health, including performing internal exams. Strong ortho/sports clinical experience or at least 1 contract in an outpatient ortho/sports setting prior to starting.
License: Licensed Physical Therapist
Certifications: Basic Life Support preferred
Must-Have: Completion of at least a level 1 pelvic health course. Experience in conducting internal exams is a must. Ability to treat female adult patients only.
Description:
Patients will be female only.
Candidates must have completed a level 1 pelvic health course and have at least 3 months of clinical practice in pelvic health.
Experience in performing internal exams is essential.
This position is exclusively for treating adult women; no pediatrics or male patients.
Sessions are one-on-one, lasting 45 minutes without double booking or overlapping.
A total of 40 hours are guaranteed each week.
The facility provides private patient rooms and three separate gym areas.
The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch each day, and charting time is built into the daily schedule.
The average patient load is 9-10 patients per day.
Charting will be done using an electronic medical record system.
New graduates are welcome, provided they have strong clinical experience in orthopedics or sports.
All sessions are conducted one-on-one, without the assistance of techs or aides.
Candidates must possess experience in pelvic health and be eager to learn and grow in this specialty.
Mentoring is available for qualified candidates.
