Description:
The Float Pool Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a variety of medical-surgical settings.
Floating between medical floors and surgical/oncology units is required.
The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:5 to 6.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to different environments are essential.
Effective communication and teamwork skills will be necessary to succeed in this role.
The position requires BLS certification and a minimum of two years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
Prior travel nursing experience is also required.
Familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred.
