Description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The unit cares for all post-surgical and post-cath patients.
Drips administered on the unit include cardiac, heparin, insulin, and some titrations.
The traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
The candidate should not have been an employee within the last 12 months.
A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.
Skills checklist must be completed within one year of submission date.
License verification must be less than 30 days old.
Copy of required certifications is preferred.
A driver's license with a taxable address outside the specified radius is required.
The facility includes various trauma care levels.
Travelers will be required to work 1-2 of the major holidays.
Candidate must also be able to follow hospital policies and procedures throughout their assignment.
