Description:
Looking for a House Supervisor RN to work three 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Shifts are 0700-1930 and 1900-0730.
Responsibilities include providing house supervisory support to various areas and ensuring patient safety and care quality.
Must be able to assist in the Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery, including attending deliveries and caring for newborns.
Must have skills in managing ventilated patients, blood product administration, and care for patients with various conditions.
Should be familiar with telemetry monitoring and managing cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.
Additional responsibilities include wound care, managing IVs, and utilizing rapid response/code teams when necessary.
Interdisciplinary support is available from various services, including physical therapy and social services.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics.
