Description: A Board-Certified Cardiology Electrophysiologist is sought for a full-time leadership-track opportunity. This position involves providing outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services. The role includes shared on-call coverage (2:1 ratio) with another electrophysiologist. Travel between multiple locations may be required. Procedures include pacemaker and defibrillator implants, as well as right- and left-sided ablations. Participation in inpatient rounding during call weeks is expected. Advanced support and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be essential. The candidate will build and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams. Engagement in medical education and mentoring of residents and fellows is encouraged. Contribution to high-acuity patient care in trauma centers is expected. Candidates should be proficient with Cerner EMR, transitioning to Epic in late 2025 or early 2026. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or 1099 arrangements. Candidates may submit salary expectations separately.
