Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for patients. The role includes providing therapeutic interventions and educational support to patients and their families. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with the healthcare team. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting. Additionally, regular holiday coverage may be required. Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR systems is preferred.
