Responsibilities include assessing patients' conditions, implementing necessary interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will triage patients based on urgency and utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize care. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with protocols are essential. Please ensure that all necessary documentation is uploaded in accordance with the requirements. Weekend and holiday rotations are mandatory. This position requires willingness to cover holiday shifts as assigned.
