Responsible for overseeing nursing staff and patient care on the Med/Surg unit.
Average daily census is 10 patients, primarily adult med/surg, telemetry, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, GYN surgery, and occasional pediatric patients.
Must possess experience in a charge nurse role.
Position requires the ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care and coordinating with medical staff.
Holiday coverage is required.
