Description:
The position requires a licensed Clienttion Therapist with ARRT (T) certification.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited radiology program.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with adult outpatient care is necessary.
Familiarity with external beam therapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), and respiratory gating is required.
Knowledge of billing for treatment types and devices is essential.
Experience with the Varian Edge TrueBeam technology is advantageous.
Candidates must be prepared to work within a team of healthcare professionals.
Strong skills in imaging techniques such as CBCT, kV, and MV are required.
Adherence to radiation safety protocols is necessary.
The position involves working with adult patients in an interdisciplinary setting.
A daily census of 31 patients is anticipated.
The department is equipped with advanced technology, including TrueBeams and simulation equipment.
Candidates should be comfortable working with the required patient-to-staff ratios.
