License: NY State license

Certifications: RRT Registered by National Board for Respiratory Care

Must-Have: BLS and ACLS required; NRP and PALS preferred

Description: Knowledge of acid/base/electrolyte relationships and implications of life-threatening situations. Establishes patient ventilator settings using metric measurements and advanced principles of volume, flow, pressure, and time relationships. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Meditech is preferred.
